Famous local entrepreneur Frank Kell built this house in 1909, creating an elegant home with a balcony and a mahogany red exterior. A public museum today, the Kell House features original furnishings from Kell's family, as well as various textiles, decorative arts, and other memorabilia showcasing affluent Texas life at the turn of the century. The house lies in the heart of town, next to Bellevue Park.
